Repairs are free within the first 48 hours after initial appointment.
I must be contacted within this time frame, otherwise a free repair will not be possible.
After 48 hours has passed, there will be a charge of 10% of the original cost PLUS £5.
Tip replacements during appointments will be charged at £2 per tip.
